Conducting a consistent Sales Merc process to Discover Sell Sustain within a global markets context we were able to drive significant revenue improvement in all engagements.  Engagements ranged from Start Up environments to Mature Market growth scenarios and within a range of first to third world settings. 

 

Led and secured $19.5 Million in net new client contracts.  Advised on $12+ million in net new and recurring client contracts.

Led and secured through a competitive process the acquisition of competitor iTelecom Wholesale.  Acquisition value driven specifically by 54 client contracts and strategic supply agreements which open new markets.

 

Revenue increased by $6 Million reccuring per annum over 12 months, exit via sale of assets at > 16.8 multiple of monthly Gross Margin.
